Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
need to be able to set the limits on what a node can allocate. by default some cpu/mem/disk must be left for the node with this value being customizable.
