Add the ability for hosts to update a local scan agent. concept is as follows:

A host places a simple curl call to a local scan agent and the local scan agent caches the information. then on next scan, the host details from the cache are used to update the scan results. i.e. hostname, mac address etc.

Scan agent to only accept host self updates from host that are within a subnet the agent scans for
