project https://gitlab.com/nofusscomputing/infrastructure/configuration-management/itil_runbooks needs to be added to the deploy options for this repo as it contains this repo as a dependency.
/cc @jasonpage.tas. fyi. this issue will ensure that when the ci is updated that the changes are deployed to the runbooks repo.
