Enable the documentation jobs to have an option that allows a sub-project to trigger the documentation jobs.

Use case

Sub projects containing their documentation that is published to a website. when the sub-project is updated, it should trigger the doc build process in a parent-project to deploy the updated documentation.

Currently the job is triggered with sub-module job however this is not viable as the deploy of the docs is still manual.
